Lot Of 10 General's Insoluble Color-tex Pencils

VINTAGE    marked COMPIMENTARY SAMPLE- not sharpened Lot Of 10 General's Carbo Weld Insoluble Color- Tex Pencils length 7 1/8 " x diameter 1/8" inch 1818 Carmine Color made U.S.A. Unused * Carlos-Welch*?*   perhaps a salesperson?  anyone know answer received 6/14/23 from a knowledgeable Ebayer According to General's site (for a drawing pencil): "Cores are bonded to the wood using General’s® exclusive “Carbo-Weld” bonding process for quality and strength." Newer color-tex pencils do not have that on them.
