Vintage 17x20 Framed 1937 Cottage Print.
From my understanding etching is of a French cottage in Levainville, France, and is signed in pencil by Pierre and sold by Camilla Lucas in New York around 1937.
The framed print has not been inspected although the previous owner may have done so since the paper backing has been cut and taped back together. The frame measures 17" x 20-1/8" and shows some wear. The glass is a bit dingy, and the mat looks yellowed in some areas and has a few tears. There is a wire attached to the back for easy hanging.
